No expense, effort, or detail has been spared in creating a culinary experience to delight even the most intrepid traveller.  Our menus are packed with tasty, nutritious food made from fresh local ingredients — with plenty of options to keep you well-fuelled from the moment you arrive to the journey’s end.

  • Breakfasts are nutritious and plentiful, featuring locally baked goods, preserves, free-range eggs, plunger coffee, herbal teas, and fresh juices.
  • You will select lunch and snacks each morning from seasonal provisions and pack into your own lunchbox — ready for the day’s adventure.
  • Evening meals, including generous grazing platters delivered daily and mains which require minimal preparation. Simply add the finishing touches, following even easier instructions.
  • Desserts will be ready when you are  — showcasing local artisan cheeses and sweet treats.

Expect traditional family favourites with a twist of culinary flair, crafted in partnership with our friends at RedKitchen and Jude from Native Nest.  Along with some delightful surprises from some of the Waikato’s best artisan producers.

Every meal is a reflection of the land, its people, and a shared passion for honest, wholesome food.
